Resipi Popia...

Aku teringin nak buat popia basah..tapi tak reti nak buat kulit dia tu...inti dia aku rasa macam tau nak buat...pastu aku teringin nak buat popia goreng...kulit boleh beli jer tapi inti pulak aku tak reti nak buat...so sesiapa yang ada resipi nak buat kulit popia basah dan inti popia goreng tolong la share dengan aku...
aku dah cari resipi inti popia goreng di tenet tapi yang ada tu macam tak best jer...

ni resepi popiah goreng versi cik aidacomei (popiah sayur)

bahan-bahan :
bahan A
taugeh
kacang panjang ( potong bulat2)
lobak ( potong dadu )
sengkuang ( hiris memanjang n nipis2)
bunga kobis ( hiris nipis )

bahan B
bawang merah
bawang putih
ikan bilis
garam
perasa
minyak sikit

kisar bahan B,komdian tumis....pastu masukkan sume bahan A dan masak sehingga layu sedikit..
pastu boleh la dibungkus ngan kulit popiah tu...

huhu..tu je la resepi nye..(kalau suke leh campur ngan sotong atau udang yang direbus )

boleh gak sumbatkan inti kuah karipap kalau nak...sedap gak ar,.. hehehehe

dah start mengidam la buyung ni..adeess..sellau org ngidam ni suka yg ready made je..dia nak masak pulak...mak kita pakar buat popia basah dan popia goreng...

Gandum - 1/2kg
Telur - 1 biji
Air & garam

Campurkan dan gaulkan smpai dia xterlalu pekat, xterlalu cair, tapi likat dan boleh dipegang untuk dicanai.

Then, canai guna tangan atas ceper / non stick pan.. Yang ni memang kena ada skill..

Tapi, kalo pndai buat sos, guna kulit kat supermarket pun ok.. Btw, kalo xsilap, kat Tesco / Carrefour ada jual kulit popia basah.. tapi tatau laaa siapa yg buat...

Ibu faheem - baik gak ngidam nak mkn benda buat sendiri...kalau ngidam nak makan yong tau fu buatna cik kamal lagi haru....

umi aku pandai buat kulit popia bsh ni. tgk dia layangkan tepung kt kuali dgn jari jek.. xyah pakai senduk ke sudip. cuak aku..
nant.. kalau blk kmpg.. suh dia buat & aku snap step by step k..

wawa- memang kak yuka pun beli kat pasar mlm jer...tp saja la nak try buat sendiri pulak sebab bhn2 dia pun bukan apa sgt kan...cuma skill nak ua kuli tu la kena ada
